Travis will give you 2 drills and show you how to use it by yourself. The 1st drill will have 2 tees and will not allow your hands to cast around the pitch. It will force your hands to stay inside the ball. The second drill is used with a board or shirt bat in between the batters feet to hold direction and force perfect direction. Good drill for all levels of play. Easy for coaches to help their hitters use proper direction.
